IQ Hoxton is the newest student accommodation available in London. The residence will be ready to accept students from September 2011 so be sure to book your place soon! The residence mixes trendy interiors with student-focused design – all put together with high quality, luxury finishes. Located in the centre of London, just a short bus or tube journey from the college, the residence is ideal for KICL students.

IQ Student Accommodation has recently been awarded the prestigious “International Accommodation Quality Mark”. iQ is one of only five in 2011 to have acheived the necessary standards measuring the quality of service we provide to the 1000 International Students who are currently living with them.

The residence

The accommodation comprises clusters of shared flats, each offering private, en-suite bedrooms with a shared kitchen/lounge area. The shared areas provide a great way to meet new people from around the world and share a meal or cup of coffee.

IQ Hoxton has Social Hubs in the heart of the buildings. These are complete with big screen, Sky TV and a pool table. There is also outdoor social space and a central courtyard. With an on-site laundry room as well as secure bicycle storage, all of your immediate needs will be met!

The area

Hoxton is a trendy area of London with a thriving nightlife and many cultural initiatives nearby. You will be close to St Pancras station for trains to Europe and King Cross station for trains to explore the rest of the UK. The British Library and Kaplan College are both short bus journey away.

Arranged within each flat are 4-6 en-suite bedrooms. Each room is furnished with a 4 ft bed, ample storage and a dedicated study area and en-suite shower room.
